Buying Your Home

staged living room

See why 90% of my clients make 2 offers or less before finding their home in the most competitive market in the country.

My buyer education makes finding your home less stressful so you can relax and make decisions with confidence. Knowing what to expect is key to being successful in getting your home.

Education + Expert Advice = Less Stress

Steps to buying your home:

You're about to make a large investment, hire an expert who will be in your corner every step of the way till even after you find your home.

1

New Buyer Meeting

We'll talk about the buying process, your search criteria and see if we're a match. No pressure to make a decision then.

2

Pre-Approved

Determine your budget with a lender you trust and has the patience to explain your options. I can recommend a few as well.

3

Disclosures Review

Together we'll practice reading through a disclosure package so you know what to expect and focus on when you find your home.

4

Grand Tour

I will take you on a tour to see cities and neighborhoods within your budget that you didn't know about before.

5

Search

In addition to private showings you'll get access to homes not publicly listed.

6

Make an Offer

I will advise you on submitting a competitive offer that fits your comfort level. Having a proactive agent this day is very important after your offer is submitted.

7

Escrow

Now starts the typical 21-30 day closing timeframe. This is where your contingencies come into play.
